This database includes summaries of a selection of judgments on the right to information issued by national and regional courts and the UN Human Rights Committee. It seeks to include all relevant decisions of international and regional courts and other adjudicative bodies (the African Court and Commission on Human and Peoples Rights, the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Inter-American Court and Commission on Human Rights, and the UN Human Rights Committee).
